TURNING DREAM TO REALITY
Our Managing Trustee, Mrs. Supriya Sule conceived a beautiful vision which was carved into reality by our Founder Principal Mrs. Amita Katyal who has been a continuous guiding force & Mrs. Asha Sule, a down-to earth yet hard core Administrator. Under their strong leadership and beautiful team of teachers as well as admin staff PPSK has made grand entry in the world of education.

From laying down the foundation stone to raising a state-of-art infrastructure, from recruiting the right personnel to see children performing on stage with great confidence, it was long and interesting journey. In layman’s terms, it was roller coaster ride for all, a thrilling ride which in the end lead to joy of triumph and fulfilling experience.

Come lets see how the school took its first baby steps and now continue to stand on its own……..

KALASH CEREMONY
School has taken a smooth take-off with an auspicious start. The Kalash cermony was held on 24th April, 2010 and puja was performed by the Chairperson, Dr. Mrs. Kumud Bansal.

Principal of Bhandup school – Dr. Mrs. Madhura Phadke, Chief Admin. Officer – Mrs. Asha Sule and other dignitaries also graced the occasion. New staff members and staff of Bhandup Branch were also invited.

By end of April 2010, the admissions had already crossed the magical figure of 1000 students from Nursery to Grade 6. It was pleasant & encouraging feeling for management as well as staff members that school had been well received and welcomed in the locality.

BONDING DAY
The first working day of the school (3rd May 2010) was fondly called as Bonding Day. The aim behind calling it so was to make teachers comfortable with each other on the very first day.

Team of 60 teachers, on whose the shoulders was the responsibility of this undaunting task were the cream of the teaching industry and already excelled in their respective fields. The guideline and the underlining thought for designing the syllabus was child, child and only child. Learning had to be child oriented, child centric and child Friendly.

Micro Teaching
Our Principal Madam’s belief that, every teacher is unique in terms of his or her teaching methodology, lesson delivery, class control, voice modulation, class room interaction, lesson planning, organizing her class and content dissemination. Because of this uniqueness lessons become thought provoking, memorable, interesting and leave imprints on young minds. With a view of learning from one another, emphasizing on what is best in others’ teaching and utilizing each others potentials; in May 2010 teachers gave micro lessons before the academic year 2010-11 began.

On 10th June 2010, Teachers were ready to welcome the first batch of the school…….
