
Mrs. Supriya S. Sule, who is the Managing Trustee for the Pawar Public Charitable Trust andMember of Governing Body for Pawar Public School is a Person for whom education at every level is a passion. She has a strong belief in the potential for human growth. Her mission is tomould a generation of individuals who are not only well educated, but are complete humanbeings with a strong national & social conscience, who are self confident and mature and have a balanced look to life. She believes that it is the responsibility of the present generation to create the leaders for tomorrow and if we can instill the right values & empower them with leadership qualities, these individuals will be the pride of our nation and assets to society at large.
Mr. Sadanand Sule, who is also a trustee of the Pawar Public Charitable Trust, is the person who has laid the foundation of stringent quality control for the school. He is an economist by profession and is a perfectionist who is not prepared to accept any compromise on the quality of education at PPS. He is the visionary who has spared no expenses in providing for the state of art infrastructure to the school and has set very high goals for the school to achieve.
Mrs. Kumud Bansal, the Chairperson of the board of Governors is an IAS officer and has served as the secretary for Elementary Education and Literacy, Maharashtra as well as The Secretary Education, Government of India and brings with her, her vast experience in the field of school administration and management. It is under her vision and leadership that the Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan gained momentum.
Dr. R. D. Bapat is presently the Chairman at the Haffkine Bio-Pharmaceutical Corporation Ltd.He has retired as the Professor and Head of Department of Surgical Gastroenterology, KEM Hospital after serving there for 42 years. He has also been the Vice Chancellor, Maharashtra University of Health Science, Nasik. Dr.Bapat has also won the ‘Ideal Teacher Award’ conferred by the National Foundation of Teachers of India in 1988. A multi-faceted personality, Dr.Bapat is also badminton champion, orator, leader, and of course a great teacher!
Mrs. Meenakshi Bhat is a hard core educationist associated with the field of education and management of the students for more than 30 years. She has a vast experience in main stream teaching as well as teaching disabled students. Her strength lies in setting up of assisted learning programs for the weaker students and offering career counseling for students. At PPS she has been pillar of strength for the school by conducting various teachers training workshops on classroom teaching techniques, evaluation methodology etc.
Mrs. Amita Katyal – Founder Principal, Kandivali School. It is a daunting task indeed to assemble & lead an efficient team of educators & this responsibility is shouldered ably by our Principal who is herself an eminent educationist. She has completed her M.A., B.ed. and has three decades of teaching experience in various education boards, ranging from State board schools in Bangalore and Mumbai, ICSE & IGCSE Schools in Mumbai. She has also taught at the Junior college level and has the experience of being a founder principal of another school in Mumbai. As a student she has been an all rounder who has served as the Head Girl of her school and has also been a Hockey Player who has played at the District level as well as the state level. She strongly believes in child-centric, child-oriented and child-friendly education. She strongly believes that we need to respect child’s emotions as she feels “Happy child is a better learner”.
Mrs. Asha S. Sule – Chief Administrative Officer for Bhandup and Kandivali School. Mrs. Asha S Sule has vast experience in the field of public relations and school administration and has a flair for identifying the needs of the parent community & society at large. She has been instrumental in establishing communication between parents and management within the school setup. She has also contributed to the decision making process & helped the governing body in framing the policies for the PPS at Bhandup & Kandivali.
